Why am I not receiving emails from noreply@smartdatafoundry.com?

How to make sure you receive password reset and confirmation emails.

If you’re expecting an email (like a password reset or confirmation) but haven’t received it, there are a few common reasons. 

1) Check your spam or junk folder 

  • Sometimes system emails are filtered automatically. 

2) Add us to your safe senders list 

  • To prevent emails being blocked in the future: 
  • If you use a corporate email account, you may also need to ask your IT team to whitelist this address. 

3) Confirm your email address 

  • Double-check that your email address in your account settings is correct. 
  • If you made a typo when signing up, you may need to contact support to update it. 

4) Wait a few minutes 

  • Sometimes emails can take up to 10 minutes to arrive. 
  • If you still don’t see anything after waiting, try sending the request again.
